The Quality of Life mod requires another mod to work, Ommel. Another great change is closing the exit to Holy Mountain until you leave so enemies can’t crawl in. These minimal changes are designed to balance Noita in some areas and deal with common player issues. Mod creator Pixelstorm added changes like strengthening the Worm Crystal and adding music to a boss fight that doesn’t have any. The Quality of Life mod focuses on small changes to polish Noita in a variety of ways. 14 – Quality of Life This is a normal screenshot not representing the Quality of Life mod.

That’s just a small part of what makes modding exciting because of how creators in the community contribute awesome content.īefore you take a look at our Best 15 Noita mods below, make sure you know how to install and enable mods too. Certain ones make the game easier, add spells, add stat trackers, classes, and more. I’ve compiled a list of great and popular mods below that are worth taking a look at. Perhaps the Idol demands specific spell components, or maybe it isn't choosy and only cares about reaching a specific number, but once you fulfill its request, you get a neat wand, or spell components of your choice, or the Idol room becomes a safe place where you can edit wands, etc.If you’re looking for a way to get more content out of Noita or some simple quality of life changes, mods are the way to go. The Idol demands spells! By feeding the Idol certain spell components-you throw a wand onto the Idol, it eats all the spells in the wand-it gives you a reward.the first time you modify casting Time, it calls for 10%, but the second time it wants 20%, then 40%, etc.) Additionally, for balance reasons, I imagine the percentage of max life the Idol demands would increase for each further change to a specific stat. Obviously, changes to some stats have a larger impact than to others, so the required life-sacrifice might vary depending on the stat in question. The Idol demands blood! In exchange for a percentage of your max life total, you may slightly modify aspects of a wand that you're holding by +/- some small amount. And I have a lot of ideas for what you could do with this. Inside the room would be a statue of some kind, the aforementioned Hungry Idol. This one is a bit more involved (and honestly less fleshed out, so further ideas are welcome), but I imagine this as a small room that would be in the mountain at the spawn point (like, in the mountain itself, so you'd have to dig/bomb your way in there). This mod is really only necessary if (like me) you already play with a modded inventory (like this lovely Ommel-based 3X one.), but I'd love to be able to click a button/hotkey and have my inventory sort itself alphabetically, or into Projectiles/Projectile Modifiers/Materials/etc., or by Mana Cost (High to Low/Low to High), and so on and so forth. Had two ideas for potential mods this morning, and as I have 0% modding abilities, I thought I'd put them out there into the universe in the hopes that someone would create them for me :D
